Fleece and Softshell Wholesale Quotation Brief
Two jackets can look similar and have different costs. A shared specification helps a wholesaler compare offers and gives the factory a clearer basis for sampling.
Specify the garment before the price

Fabric weight is not shipping weight
A 280 g/m² fleece specification describes fabric weight per square metre. It does not give the packed weight of one garment. Freight needs the estimated carton count, outer dimensions and gross weight; confirm these again when packing is final.
Compare the same delivery scope
Ask each supplier to state whether the price is for the garment only or includes transport and other costs. For a delivered quote, identify the destination postcode, freight method, export and import clearance, duty, import VAT and last-mile delivery responsibilities. List any excluded costs in writing so the comparison is meaningful.
