What does KAIDA manufacture?
KAIDA Outdoor Apparel Factory develops and manufactures outdoor apparel in Yongzhou, Hunan, China. Product programs include waterproof jackets, ski and snow wear, hunting and fishing apparel, and workwear. Softshell and fleece projects are reviewed against the buyer’s specification.
Is KAIFPEAK the same business as KAIDA?
KAIFPEAK is the public brand used on this website. KAIDA Outdoor Apparel Factory is the factory name used in our manufacturing and project communication. Our official website is kaidaoutdoor1.com.
Can you manufacture for a private label or wholesaler?
We discuss OEM/ODM projects for brands, wholesalers and distributors. The brief can cover fabrics, fit, colours, pockets, logos, labels and packaging. Availability, price and construction are agreed for each project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The published minimum order quantity is 300 pieces. Confirm the allocation between styles, colours and sizes before placing an order.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Sampling takes approximately one week. Material availability and development work can affect the schedule. Bulk production lead time is agreed according to the fabric and complexity of the garment construction. Confirm the schedule for your specific project.
What is needed for a waterproof jacket quotation?
Send reference images or a tech pack, quantity, size range, shell and lining requirements, waterproof and breathability targets, seam-sealing scope, branding and delivery destination. Any test method and acceptance criteria must be agreed.
Does seam tape alone make a jacket waterproof?
No. A waterproof program must coordinate the shell or membrane, seams, closures and garment design. Seam-tape compatibility and application are reviewed for the selected material. Performance claims need the agreed test evidence.
What should a fleece or softshell brief include?
For fleece, specify composition, fabric weight in g/m², surface finish, zipper length, fit and decoration. For softshell, also specify layer structure, stretch, lining and any weather-protection targets. Fabric weight is not the weight of a finished garment.
Are freight and import costs included in a product price?
The quotation must state the delivery basis. Product-only pricing and delivered pricing cover different costs. Confirm freight, export and import clearance, duty, VAT and final delivery responsibilities in writing for the destination.
